Namitha Marimuthu is a famous model who has participated in many pageant shows. She is the first Indian transgender who participated in Miss Trans Star International by representing India. Namitha debuted as both an actress and playback singer in the Kollywood movie Nadodigal 2 directed by Samuthirakani. She is one of the contestants in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 hosted by Kamal Haasan.
As a trans model, she won Miss Kuvagam title. She is also a title winner of Miss Trans Gender Of India. She was recognized as the brand ambassador of Miss trans queen India 2019. Namitha wishes to start a modeling and acting institute for transgenders. She is a successful survivor of obesity with the help of LaBelle Clinics.
